The 60-30-10 rule states that 60% of website should be one color (main color), 30% should be a color that contrasts with your main color, and 10% should be accent color, So it does have color preferences. Text Alternatives are not provided for people. Readability for this website is good in all platforms. It can be easily read. As color is also an important factor, the home page of this website is blue in color and text is off white. I think it is good to read it easily. This site does not include audio content so this should not be an issue with the users with hearing loss.

Operable: – I tried to open this website on different platform and it worked. This website is completely accessible from keyboard and mouse. One can fill out forms or if you needs to register for any program, one can easily do that in this website. It has used clear readable titles on home page and on other pages as well so one can easily find content simply. People can access this website according to their reading or writing speed, if there is any video included in it one can pause whenever they want. All headings in this website are organized in large or small letter that meant to be and which makes this easies for people to use. All the images and labels given are clear and in proper description. And according to me, it makes this website operable everywhere and with everything.

Understandable: – This website is easily understandable by everyone because of clear content and interfaces. Website provides plain language for users with short sentences and in paragraphs forms with detailed information and headings included. It avoids acronyms and jargon types that make a little tough for people to understand.

Robust: – This websites contains material that may be accessed by a wide range of “user agents,” browsers, support devices, and other methods.
